New website coming soon!

Our new website will be with you in the near future, and will feature a number of performance improvements and a clearer user experience for our visitors. Please follow us on social media for the latest news from Bipolar Scotland.

Talk to someone who gets it

We know how important it is that you can be in touch with us. We do always try and answer the phone, or respond quickly to voicemails, between Monday and Friday, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm. We’re a very small team with members working remotely across the country as well as in our office, so please understand that our staff may be taking your call from their own home. The best way to get in touch with us is always to email, using the form here, if you can.

While we are always keen to help, we are not a crisis service; it will be our staff team picking up the phone and helping to direct you, rather than someone trained in crisis work. If you are in crisis we always recommend calling NHS 24 on 111

If you need to talk to someone right away, we have a list of 24hr support numbers right here.

If you’re looking for more information about our support groups, please check our handy calendar here.

For media or press enquiries, please email Kirstin Innes.
