When you sign up to a Bipolar Scotland support group, you will also become a member of Bipolar Scotland. Membership is free.

About our Borders (Online) support group

An online support group meeting monthly for anyone in the Borders region living with bipolar. Friends and family very welcome too. Please read our House Rules (below) before attending.

This group meets online using the Near Me platform. When you register, we’ll email you the link to join the group. The link stays the same for each meeting, so you can save it and use it each time you attend.
