People with bipolar told us loud and clear: physical health matters. In our new national survey, 96% said their physical health is a concern. Too many said their symptoms are dismissed or blamed on bipolar, and serious issues are missed.

But we also heard powerful examples of what good care looks like: professionals who listen, services that work together and people treated as whole human beings. That care already exists in Scotland. Now it needs to become the norm.
