Momentum Works
Finding practical ways to stay well, advocate for what you need and move forward without feeling limited by your diagnosis.
Just starting to navigate life with bipolar? You’re not alone.
Momentum Works is a peer-led service from Bipolar Scotland that supports people at an early stage of their journey with bipolar to feel more confident at work or study.
We know that managing bipolar in the workplace can come with unique challenges. Our goal is to help you find practical ways to stay well, advocate for what you need and move forward without feeling limited by your diagnosis.
Support is delivered by trained peer support workers and peer volunteers who know first-hand what it’s like to balance bipolar with work, study and everyday life.Â
They’re here to listen, share what’s helped them and support you to take action and make things better.
