Our workplace training is delivered by facilitators with lived experience.  Exploring myths, misunderstandings, and stigma. 

Each session is interactive and thought provoking and aims to increase knowledge and understanding and build practical confidence.

Different options of training are available in theme, length of course and format of delivery.

Beyond Awareness

This course aims to help organisations delve beyond anxiety and depression, to explore and understand the realities of living and working with complex mental illness.  It will provide employers with knowledge and insight to improve workplace practice and respond with confidence.

This is a 6-hour course – Available online or in person, with follow-up support included.  

Bipolar at work- From awareness to action

This 2-hour online training session offers a practical introduction to bipolar in the workplace.

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of what bipolar is, how it may present and what effective support can look like. Drawing on lived experience and practical guidance, the session also explores reducing stigma.

It provides an opportunity to discuss appropriate and meaningful reasonable adjustments.

Bipolar Awareness

This 1-hour online training session increases awareness and examines myths and misconceptions.

Explore the key areas of bipolar, types, impact, how it presents and considerations in living well with bipolar
