Together, we can move beyond Diagnosis

A peer-led service from Bipolar Scotland to help you explore ways to move forward through shared experience.

Peer Support to help you navigate a new diagnosis

Beyond Diagnosis supports adults in Scotland who have recently been diagnosed with bipolar. Through online or telephone support from Peer Workers and Peer Volunteers with lived experience, we can support you for up to six months as you begin to make sense of your diagnosis.

Being diagnosed with bipolar can feel overwhelming, confusing or even a relief. Whatever you’re feeling, you don’t have to face it alone.

You’ll be matched with a Peer Worker who will take time to understand what support would be most helpful to you — whether that’s someone to talk to, help understanding bipolar, or support to feel more hopeful about the future.
